Congress Details

- Our congress will be held in a hybrid model that allows face-to-face and online participation.

- Presentations can be made in either Turkish or English.

- A participant can participate with a maximum of 2 papers as the first author.

- The duration of each presentation is a maximum of 15 minutes.

- Online sessions included in the scientific program of the Congress will be held live on the Zoom platform.

- Each session will be chaired by the relevant chairperson.

- Certificate of attendance (for all authors) will be sent as PDF after the congress.

- Participants can cancel their registrations in the congress before the results of the congress summary texts are announced.

- A certificate of participation will be given only for the presented papers. In papers with more than one author, a separate certificate of participation will be given for each author.

- Papers to be presented at the congress must not have been presented or published anywhere before.

-Full and abstract papers must be submitted with a similarity report. The similarity rate must not exceed 24%.
